Is this a day for organising and thinking ahead?

What clutter do you need to get rid of to get things streamlined?

Do you need to plan for short-term things only, or would thinking long term also be useful?

Getting organised and getting a plan work best when you have a picture of how things will recognisably be when it's working. Get as much detail as you can into your picture:

  • "when I'm organised and when the plan is working, what will I be doing?

  • what will be around me?

  • who will be there and what will they be doing or saying?"

Notice anything that might get in the way, and find ways of dealing with them.
